Contracted Services
The Southwood Suppper Club will be pleased to act as your
agent to arrange any of the following services you require.
It is recommended that you provide one bartender
per 100 guests to ensure proper service.
Diamond Package
Includes tastefully decorated ceremony set up
and traditional music.
Religious ministers as well as marriage
commissioners are available to perform your
ceremony, whether it takes place in the chapel
or in the reception rooms.Set Up
We will be seating and preparing food for 5% above the
guarantee for groups of up to 200 and 3% for groups over
200. For buffet service, we will set up and prepare food for
the guaranteed number of guests only.Foodstuffs
No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be
brought into our premises by the convener, his guests or
invitees, without special permission of the management. We
reserve the right to make a charge for the service of such
foods or beverages. A $25.00 charge will be added for cake
cutting.Menu Selection
One menu selection is required for all guests. With prior
arrangement, most special diets can be accommodated.Early/Late Functions
Any functions that require foodservice prior to 8:00 a.m. or
after 9:30 p.m. will be charged an additional $1.50 per person.Delayed Dinner Service
If you wish dinner service delayed more than one half hour
past the contracted time, an additional charge of $10.00
per server per hour or portion thereof will be added to your
final bill.Banquet Room Access
Banquet rooms are open 15 minutes prior to the reception
time. If you wish early access to, or an earlier opening time,
an additional charge will apply.Banquet Room Assignment
Banquet rooms are assigned by the number of guests
anticipated. If attendance drops or increases, we reserve
the right to change your group to a room more suitable for
your attendance.Hospitality Room
One hospitality room is provided prior to dinner for the use
of the bride, groom and wedding party only. After dinner,
access is restricted to the bride and groom only.Conveners Property
We do not assume any responsibility for the damage or
loss of any articles left on our premises prior to, during, or
following a function.Confetti
No rice, confetti or rose petals, etc., are to be thrown at any
time while on the premises of The Southwood Supper Club,
otherwise a service charge will be added to the final bill.Children’s Meals

special rate over the minimum adults guaranteed on your
reward you.
