Southwood Supper Club: Wedding Package.

Our $300.00* wedding package is designed especially for you and will leave you free from all the details necessary to make your reception perfect.

A couple of months prior to your reception, we will meet with you to discuss all the finer details pertaining to your reception. The menu, colours, seating arrangements and more...

At this time we will ask that you provide us with your best photo so we may compose and publish an engagement or anniversary announcement in the Winnipeg Free Press.

We will tastefully decorate your banquet room with colour coordinated linens, overlays, and bows. We will also include use of our altar baskets with flower sprays, decorated wedding arch, silver candleabras and silver candleholders for the head table and cake table, candlelamps for the guest tables, bud vases with carnations in the colour of your choice, and pillars with mini-lights and tulling.

Background dinner music will be provided until the D.J. arrives.

One of our professional banquet coordinators will be assigned to you for the evening. They will assist you any way they can with details pertaining to your banquet to ensure the stress free reception that we arranged with you.

Presentation baskets are available and your banquet coordinator will ensure that your presentation gifts and accessories are placed where you instructed.

In addition to this all we will also include your choice of an artificial cake or mailbox rental to this package.

*Optional extra decoration package: For an additional $125.00 we will decorate your head table, cake table and reception table with mini-lights, tulling and ivy.
